The highly-skilled women who volunteer with WomenOnCall have a variety of backgrounds and skill sets. Though our members are at all levels within their careers, more than 30 percent of our volunteers have 21 years of experience or more in their field. By leveraging the skills of WomenOnCall volunteers on short-term, specific projects, our nonprofits make real progress for their organizations.
